These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rittenhouse Digital’s products and services, including the R2 and R3 Library platforms (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

• You may not copy, distribute, or resell content without prior written permission from Rittenhouse Digital or the respective publisher.
2. User Responsibilities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Notify Rittenhouse Digital immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls or digital rights management.
• Engage in excessive automated downloading, data scraping, or harvesting of content.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, spam, or other harmful content.
• Use the Services in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials available through Rittenhouse Digital, R2, and R3 Libraries are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Rittenhouse Digital and our publisher partners. Ownership of ebook contents is exclusive to each publisher and under licensing and distribution agreements to Rittenhouse Digital with said publishers. Usage is subject to the license terms agreed upon by your institution or organization.
5. Service Availability
Rittenhouse Digital makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that Services will always be available, error-free, or secure.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rittenhouse Digital is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Services, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
